Lepios Solutions Obtains License for the Sale and Rental of Specially Controlled Medical Devices

Lepios Solutions LLC is pleased to announce that it has been granted a license for the sale and rental of specially controlled medical devices by the Mayor of Kawasaki City, pursuant to Article 39, Paragraph 1 of Japan's Act on Pharmaceuticals and Medical Devices (PMD Act).

This license is required for businesses that sell or rent specially controlled medical devices and designated maintenance-controlled medical devices in Japan. To obtain it, a company must establish the structure required by law, including appointing a qualified manager at each business office.

With this license in place, we have built a framework to supply medical devices to healthcare institutions appropriately. We will continue to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, provide accurate information on product quality and safety, and respond sincerely to every inquiry.
